FREE WORKSHOP: Hearts & Stars – A Beginner’s Guide to Two Colour Knitting
Saturday 29th April – 10.30am until 1.00pm
For those of you that have ever looked at two colour knitting with trepidation, Judith Noble will be in the shop helping you with the basic techniques. Some easy patterns will be on hand, along with a cup of coffee to aid concentration! The more experienced among you might like to explore some true Fair Isle knitting and we will have examples to inspire your creativity.
CROCHET: BEYOND THE BASICS – Flowers

You only need a very basic knowledge of simple crochet stitches (chain, double crochet and treble crochet) to attend this course, to take you further down the route to becoming more confident with your crochet hook. Bring your own 4mm hook and learn some new techniques including following easy patterns, crochet in the round, joining neatly and understanding all those strange abbreviations and symbols.
All wool is supplied to make your own Spring Flowers, ready to turn into all manner of Springlike decorations.
All courses take place in the shop.
Please note that workshops and courses are booked on a first come, first served basis and payment will be required to secure your booking. Refunds can only be made if the workshop place is successfully resold.
Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments are provided. Any special dietary requirements should be notified beforehand.
